Celebrate Black joy, freedom, and resistance at JOY ON JUNETEENTH — happening June 22nd from 12 PM to 9 PM! This powerful day of community features live musical performances, spoken word and poetry, Central Virginia Spades tournaments, and Extreme Hip-Hop with Ashley leading line dancing. Enjoy creative paint-a-pot workshops with Griot Goods, shop with Black farmers, artisans, and small businesses, and let the kids explore our Kids Zone full of fun activities. With delicious foods, sweet treats, and joy flowing all day, this is a celebration you won't want to miss!
